Return Policy for Shipments

To be considered for reimbursement, products must be unopened and in the original packaging. To return a product, you must do the following: Send an email to support@jubese.com with your purchase information and reason for your return. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
